It's exciting to think that Spring is *just* around the corner, in these parts! I'm enjoying the sunshine and warmer weather and seeing the garlic, lettuces, and peas that I planted growing a little bit more.
The bartlett pear trees seem to have bloomed over night, and have given our town a festive & spring-ish feel.
"For
his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature,
have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in
the things that have been made."
Romans 1:20

I had a really tasty shake this morning for my breakfast, so much so, that I have to share the recipe with you :)
Ginger Peach Smoothie
- 1 cup of Dole Orange Peach Mango juice (This stuff is so good, and it's 100% fruit juice.... no sweeteners in it. Yay!)
- 1 banana
- 8 frozen strawberries (more or less)
- a small piece of fresh ginger
--------
Here's the completed camp dress. I had forgotten that fabric shrinks when you wash it, so I didn't purchase more than what the patten called for (ha ha). As you can see on the sleeve and cuff, I had to "piece" it together. But, hey, it's period correct to do that so I'm not too bothered about it :)

Here's a song I've been listening to over and over for the past few days... it's foot tappin' music!
Enjoy Spring!
