copy cat

I admit it, I'm going to be a copy cat in this post, but if imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then I guess it's not all that bad, right?

Jen, over at simply breakfast, has a pretty neat style of posting. I appreciate the simplicity of it, and the photos are amazing... you should know by now that I'm in love with good photography.

So call me a little crazy, but here's my "simply breakfast"... and simply lunch, I guess, too!

  1.  Dorset cereal with sliced bananas and almond milk
  2. Strawberry orange banana smoothie

  1. Mixed green salad with cucs., tomatoes, onions, olives & homemade ceasar dressing
  2. toasted pita chips with extra virgin olive oil and spices for dipping
  3. mandarin oranges
  4. water!

This recipe is absolutely amazing! You have to try it. Seriously.

Our centerpiece... take a look at the stems; for some reason or other, they decided to curl up. I've never seen another flower do that before, but it's pretty neat!

Hi!

I know you don't know me, but I found you on the Autobiography of George Muller book list, I guess we have that book and Absolute Surrender in common! It's not that often I find young people that read the works of George Muller,so it was neat finding another that has been so encouraged by his faith. I wandered through your posts and enjoyed all the great photos and words of encouragement from the Word. Plus, I'm pretty jealous of your sewing skills! ;) Very impressive :) God Bless!

Thanks for your comment, Heather. Yes,
I agree with you, the Autobiography of George Muller is amazing. I just finished reading it again last week. It's one of those books I'll never become tired of. :)

Best,
Sarah
